CFS-460, Hexamethyldisiloxane is normally abbreviated as HMDSO or MM. Hexamethyldisiloxane possesses the lowest viscosity, the lowest surface tension, the fastest evaporation and the highest compressibility. CFS-460 should be stored in its original containers and used up as soon as possible after opening.
