Description of Amino Silane Oligomer

CFS-O(A) is a group of amino functional silane oligomers with high amino reaction activities. These liquids with oligomeric structures are eco-friendlier and can reduce VOC amount significantly. Co-Formula amino silane oligomers can enhance the bonding between organic polymers and inorganic materials and improve mechanical properties of composites. 

Application of Amino Silane Oligomer

Most commonly used amino silane oligomers are oligomer of CFS-302/AMEO and oligomer of CFS-243/DAMO. They can be used directly as the replacement of monomeric silanes.
CFS-O(A) is suitable for the formulation of waterborne systems. It is mainly used as an important additive in waterborne coatings and primers, waterborne adhesives and sealants. 
CFS-O(A) can reduce the viscosity of the system and improve easy-processing property.
CFS-O(A) is also used for surface pretreatment and protection, especially suitable for wet surface treatment processing. It can also be used for surface treatment of metals.
CFS-O(A) can be used as a surface modifier and a dispersing agent for various inorganic fillers. It can improve the dispersion of fillers and enhance adhesion and mechanical properties of the composites.

 Packaging of Amino Silane Oligomer

CFS-O(A) is offered in 25L PE pails and 200L PVF steel drums.

Storage of Amino Silane Oligomer

CFS-O(A) should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated place, and avoid exposure to humidity.
CFS-O(A) should be stored in its original containers and used up asap after opening.
When stored in a strictly sealed and unopened container, CFS-O(A) has a shelf life of 12months.
Instructions:
CFS-O(A) can pretreat the surface of inorganic materials by spraying, coating or impregnating. It can also mix with fillers directly under high shear condition. It’s unnecessary for end-users to add any solvent before or during mixing.
After the treatment by silane oligomers, the filler surface can be dried by natural or by short time drying at high temperature.
