Octyltriethoxysilane Description
CFS-751 otes silane is a functional silane with an octyl group and a triethoxy group. It is the equivalent of Momentive Silquest*A-137 or Dynasylan® OCTEO. When diluted with an appropriate solvent, CFS-751 can be used for the concrete and ceramic with superior protective effect. It is primarily used in construction to prevent water seepage, acid rain and seawater, and expand the service life of the buildings, bridges and expressways. It is also used for surface modification of inorganic fillers and pigments.
Octyltriethoxysilane Application
CFS-751 can be used as a waterproof and protective agent for construction industry. Its diluent can be used for the concrete and stone with good protective effect;
CFS-751 can be used as a surface treating agent for inorganic filler. It can significantly improve the dispersibility and compatibility of inorganic fillers in the plastic, rubber and resin;
CFS-751 can be used for pigment dispersion. Inorganic pigments treated with CFS-751 have superior dispersibility and hydrophobicity.

CFS-751 should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated place, and avoid exposure to humidity.
CFS-751 should be stored in its original containers and used up as soon as possible after opening.
When stored in a strictly sealed and unopened container, CFS-751 has a shelf life of 12months.
